Watters Watters Victoria Size 10 Fall unclassified dresses

This is an unworn dress that I purchased as a sample. It is a $3300 dress, but I paid $1500 for the sample. I loved it and the price was great, but am not going to be able to wear it as it is too formal for the venue we chose.
