An exclusive dress by Sarah Seven, the Powdered Sugar dress is made of ivory sparkle organza pleated on a bodice. Pleats go from bust to waist. There are three bottom layers of the dress. The bottom of the dress has some volume for a fun & flirty look. Beautiful feminine and fun. Perfect for summer wedding or as a second dress for the reception or bachelorette!
