It fit like a glove so the only alterations I had done were to the hemline. It measures approximately 50 in from the top to bottom. Has an interior bra, 100% silk and was perfect for our late summer wedding. It does have some minor grey marks along the bottom hemline, as well as very minor pin marks from the dry cleaning on the back of the dress and underarm, otherwise it is perfect!
