Wore this gorgeous dress to my debutante ball in 2010. Ordered from Pearl's in New Orleans. The original style was a flimsy satin, but I had them remake it in this lovely taffeta (which has a more structure and makes the ultimate princess-y sounding swooshing when you walk!). It was worn with a full petticoat which helped poof it up. The drop waist is totally lovely without it if you're not a big poofy ball gown kind of girl. The ruching is flattering in every body type - trust me; ALL of my sisters tried it on!
